Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, and in original packaging). Some items may have different requirements:
Non-Returnable Items:
- Car Seats & Accessories (for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items unless defective)
- Custom or Personalized Items (including special-order furniture pieces)
- Clearance Items (marked as final sale)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your Kid Furniture purchase:
- Submit a Return Request within 15 days of delivery by emailing our customer service team at [email protected]. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you return instructions.
- Package Your Item securely in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
- Ship Your Return using the carrier specified in your return instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Your Refund once we’ve processed your returned item (see refund timeline below).
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same steps as a return, but indicate in your request that you’d like an exchange.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your original shipping method.
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs if applicable.

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we’ll process your new order once we receive the return.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
- Items showing signs of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20% of item value).
- For defective items, please contact us immediately and include photos of the issue.
