Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kid Furniture purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a simple return process within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Car Seats & Accessories (unless defective)
  • Custom or Personalized Items (including special-order furniture)
  • Clearance Items (marked as final sale)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage in original packaging with all included parts.
  4. Ship Your Return: Use the carrier specified in your return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Receive Your Refund: See refund information below.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product changes):

  • Follow the same steps as a return, but indicate you want an exchange in your request
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your original shipping method
  • Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Important Notes

  • Items showing signs of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20% of item value)
